I'm a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist and Indian Head Massage Therapist and member of the Association of Reflexologists(opens in new tab).
I became passionate about holistic therapy when I experienced the benefits of treatments myself during a stressful time. I decided that I wanted to help people in the same way.
I have a particular interest in women's health, menopause, emotional wellbeing, stress & anxiety. I have completed additional training in Reflexology for Menopause, Postnatal Reflexology and Aromareflex and I'm currently studying advanced Maternity Reflexology techniques.
I have a background in Psychology and I'm passionate about how we can all improve our mental health and wellbeing. My aim is always to provide a calm, supportive and empathetic environment, bespoke for each client.
