This is an incredibly relaxing treatment and is perfect if you want to feel more calm and grounded. Reflexology is also ideal as part of your pre-conception preparation and will incorporate bespoke techniques to address specific concerns.
Maternity Reflexology
45 minutes. £65.
Working on specific reflex areas and acupressure points on your feet according to your stage of pregnancy. Perfect as a monthly treatment throughout your pregnancy and brilliant preparation for your baby's birth, including labour focus techniques in those final days before you meet your baby.
