During the first half of the class, you will learn how to adapt your ‘baby massage’ skills for your now older baby/toddler and continue those wonderful benefits of calm and connection now that your little person is busy exploring the world! Following this, you can enjoy reconnecting with fellow parents and meeting new faces over a buffet of refreshments.
