Learn simple and effective massage and reflexology techniques to use with your child at home.

Parents choose to learn massage and reflexology for children who are struggling with issues such as sleep disturbances, digestive complaints, anxiety or difficulties managing their emotions. These techniques enhance communication and connection between you and your child.

Through a detailed consultation, we work together to find the most beneficial ways to use massage and reflexology to suit you and your family and your daily lives. These unique classes offer you a bespoke approach using tailored techniques to address your concerns and meet your goals.

Classes are available to either one or both caregivers to attend. Following a discussion about your concerns and creating some bespoke goals for your family, you will learn the techniques on yourselves and a doll. You will leave feeling confident to practise with your child at home.

It is recommended to arrange a follow-up session for support and a review of how you have been getting on with the techniques at home. You can attend this follow-up session either with or without your child.

Included in the fee for all one-to-one classes is a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation and chat to discuss your aims for your class.

1st Session, 90 minutes: £90

Follow-up Session, 60 minutes: £75

To celebrate Children's Mental Health Week in February, I will proudly be donating 10% of all profits from the Children's Massage Class to Place2Be (please do check out their amazing resources to support your child's mental health and wellbeing).
